Refunds-Returns

Merchandise may be returned: Must be un-worn, brand new and in original packaging as mailed to you. Products available for a refund or a return, are products that are shipped from other manufacturers and must be returned to us with all shipping information and the product. Please contact us at midwestbucksale@gmail.com to initiate your merchandise refund. Only new items that are not warn may be returned. Washed garments cannot be returned for a refund.

NON-Refundable items: Events, clinics, entries into anything related to the Midwest Buck Sale, sale, event week, or other related, sponsorship, vendor, advertisement, etc, are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

NO REFUNDS ON STOCK PURCHASED THROUGH THE SALE. STOCK PURCHASED AT AUCTION IS ABSOLUTE

Anything purchased through the payment system, that is related to the events at the Midwest Buck Sale, in May/June each year, are not refundable

No refunds for events related to the annual sale, clinics, unless canceled by another outside entity that we cannot control. Expenses related to advertising, merchandise, may be deducted from any refund and will be invoiced properly.

ALL STOCK ARE SOLD WHERE IS, AS IS, AND NOT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

ALL GUARANTEES ARE BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.

THE MIDWEST BUCK SALE DOES NOT OWN OR REPRESENT THE STOCK.
