Midwest Buck Sale
$15.00 entry / 7% commission / PO - 7% on final bid
All stock is inspected prior to the sale, no culls sell. No refunds if your animal is a cull. Culls are standard faults. Bad mouth, bad teats, serious faults. This is a production sale, the animals selling should be productive.
The Midwest Buck Sale is an opportunity for meat, fiber, and dairy goat breeders across America to showcase their production stock in a production type atmosphere. The week begins with learning events and speakers and rounds out the weekend with the final sale. This is your opportunity to sell your herd to others around the USA.
Preview is Saturday evening at 6:00 PM and the sale starts at 10:00 AM Sunday morning.
Due to the beginning of the week starting with a holiday, in order to fit in all of the learning opportunities so everyone isn't rushed, Sunday was selected as sale day. For 2021 we will try it.
Enter your sale stock through the STORE "shopping" cart. When you pay for one entry, it may be: Buck, Doe, Doe with Kid sold together, or a Pen of Three Yearling Does (3 X's the money).
After submitting entries, you will receive an email asking you to identify the stock entered, at a later date. These animals must be identified for the sale catalog. Once the information is submitted to the sale catalog, substitutes are allowed at $10.00 each, up to Friday, June 4, 2021. Deadlines for the catalog are March 15, 2021 and April 31, 2021.
PO's are allowed and cost is 7% of the final bid when PO'd.
Please select a number of head for each "breed". Since we accept "Boer" type goats without a registration paper, we use the colour coat to identify them. If you have a registered Boer and it is a coloured animal, you may either enter it under Boer or by the colour coat. All Boer goat stock must be entered in the Boer Goat Congress and colour congresses to sell.

All stock brought on the grounds, to sell, must have a current health certificate from the state of origin. All identifying paperwork must be current, tattoos if required, if a scrapie tag is required, please be sure it is on the animal before unloading. Owners must provide a reader for all micro chipped stock. Check the rules for the sales.
After you submit payment you will receive an email to add your information to the database and then your stock. Please follow those links after payment.
